Katie Hyland

Manager, SCA Sales

Katie joined the Iridia Medical team in 2021 as an SCA Sales Representative and has since advanced to become the Manager of the SCA Department. In her leadership role, Katie oversees the implementation of sales strategies across BC and Canada with a customer-focused approach.

As part of our SIS strategy, Katie leads initiatives to increase SCA awareness and expand access to AEDs, helping grow our client base and improve public safety. She continues to champion excellent customer engagement, supporting AED training facilitation and overseeing AED download review and analysis to ensure quality and impact.

Notable Achievements

  • Previously Studied at University of Limerick, Ireland and obtained a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical & Industrial Chemistry.
  • Katie has many experiences in the Pharmaceutical Industry – where she manufactured and later tested drug products.
