Iridia Health Hub Clinic Manager

Theo joined the Iridia team in 2025. As the clinic manager, Theo is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at the Iridia Health Hub (IHH) overseeing our return to work, occupational health programming and rapid access medical programs.

As part of the Occupational Health Program team, Theo works with organizations to develop programming custom tailored to their needs and ensures that clinicians and patients have a seamless experience in developing plans for their longevity and healthspan. IHH strives to provide the highest level of care for patients from the beginning of their journey with us to the end. Scaling that practice to support more community members across the medical spectrum is IHH’s priority and mandate.

Notable Achievements

  • Completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in developmental psychology at the University of British Columbia, followed by a Master of Health Administration specializing in Community Care from Toronto Metropolitan University.
  • Has supported multiple allied health clinics to provide patient care whilst improving efficiency and developing organizational strategies to expand clinic reach.
